Dry Gin

Our classic dry is juniper forward, lightly spiced with coriander and pepper berry. The fennel links the softer notes of the cinnamon, angelica and orange to give this gin a great mouth feels.
Primary Botanicals: Juniper, Coriander, Pepperberry, Fennel.
Secondary Botanicals: Cinnamon, Cardamom, Angelica, Orris root, Orange.
Nose: Warmth of pepper berries, olive leaf.
Palate: Instant hit of fruity pepper, closely followed by the refreshing fennel, balance of cinnamon and angelica, herbaceous basil.
Finish: Lingering warmth refreshing orange and fennel, Mediterranean rosemary.
700ml, ABV 42%.

Citrus Gin

Tart citrus not sweet, our citrus gin has a real citric tang to it. Peel fruit and use the rind of orange, blood lime, and finger lime and then use a combination of fresh lemon and peeled lemon with a little ginger to give this a real zesty finish.
Primary Botanicals: Juniper, Orange, Finger Lime, Lemon.
Secondary Botanicals: Blood orange, Lemon aspen, Fennel, Orris root, Lemon verbena, Ginger, Cinnamon, Finger lime
Nose: Fresh burst of citrus oils, floral notes.
Palate: Delicate fruity sherbet, lingering lavender tang, herbaceous basil.
Finish: Warming refreshing fruits.
700ml, ABV 42%.

Botanical Gin

The lavender and elderflower in this botanical gin, give the gin a delicate light floral fragrance breaking through the fresh and strong garden herbs. While very refreshing, it also gives a warming and lasting finish.
Primary Botanicals: Juniper, Lavender, Elderflower, Rosemary.
Secondary Botanicals: Native lemongrass, Angelica.
Nose: Delicate light floral fragrances breaking through fresh herbs.
Palate: Light and sweet, strong garden herbs, hit of juniper, back to herbal.
Finish: Warming refreshing finish.
