Our Khushi Cabernet Sauvignon is a full-flavoured Cabernet from a James Halliday 4.5-star-rated winery. Top-quality fruit was selected from dry-grown low-yield vineyards in the north of the Clare Valley. Fermentation and ageing in older French oak has created rich aromas of plum, and a concentrated palate of cassis, and dark fruit, balanced by a little spice and elegant tannins.
